Poker wild cards refer to cards without fixed value. They, instead, take whatever value is designated by the player. Because they can be made to represent any card suit or value, poker wild card can be used to create a strong hand.

Before a game begins, players can freely assign which cards to use as wild cards. Some cards like the joker and the deuce are more popularly used as wild cards, though.

A poker wild card can stand for any card that the player has in hand. For instance, if the player has 4 Queens, the player can give one's wild card the suit value Queen to create the strongest hand, five of a kind.

Double Ace High Flush is a flush with two aces. A flush is a hand with same suit of varying denomination. So if the current hand is spades AJ57X, to create a double Ace high flush, the wild card is assigned as Ace spades.

Double Ace High Flush has a higher rank value than flush but a lower rank value than full house. In effect, it ranks between flush and full house.

Some cardrooms or poker tables, however, may limit the use of wild cards to the creation of five of a kind. A consensus can be made before the game starts regarding what hands will the table allow.

In case of a tie between two hands with wild cards, the winning hand is determined based on the rank value of the wild cards.

In any event that the wild cards of the hands are the same, the hand with the lowest number of poker wild cards wins.
